Monument to the city founders: Vasily Tatischev (Russian) and Georg Wilhelm de Gennin(Dutch) in the center of Ekaterinburg, near the Dam. Unfortunately, no one knows exactly who is Tatischev and who is de Gennin on this statue- they look like identical twins! The metal plate at the bottom doesn't help either. |
